About this Hymn
This song was originally written for an ecumenical service of prayer for peace, reconciliation, and the reunification of North and South Korea by Korean composer Geonyong Lee, who was professor of music at Seoul National University. It was translated by Marion Pope, a missionary to Korea from the United Church of Canada.
