About this Hymn
This hymn, most powerfully used as an altar call hymn or as a response to an evangelistic challenge, was the hymn a young Billy Graham sang as he became a Christian after a talk by Mordecai Ham, and in turn he used it for decades around the world. Written by Charlotte Elliott, who herself was struggling to feel worthy or accepted, it has given voice to so many in the most important decision of their lives. As we read this, we ought to consider for ourselves the wonder of God's love for all of us and his invitation to each of us.
Just as I am, thou wilt receive,
Wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve;
Because thy promise I believe,
O Lamb of God, I come! I come! – Keith Getty

Chorus
O Lamb of God, I come! I come!

Verse 2
Just as I am and waiting not to rid my soul of one dark blot, to thee whose blood can cleanse each spot,

Verse 3
Just as I am, thou wilt receive, wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve. Because thy promise I believe,

Verse 4
Just as I am, thy love unknown has broken ev'ry barrier down, now to be thine, yea, thine alone,
